FAQ
Questions that usually come up first.
What do we do?
Peptaura is a platform that connects you to compound merchants. We do not hold stock nor test any of the compounds listed ourselves.
Why use Peptaura?
Peptaura automatically reminds sellers about unfulfilled orders, pushes them to ship, and mediates disputes to ensure you're always protected. Sellers actually prefer it: less chaos for them, faster deliveries for you.
We also force transparent pricing. That alone has already driven competitors to lower their prices on our platform, easily covering our commission.
The transaction volume on Peptaura gives us leverage. That leverage becomes your protection: stricter quality-control demands, more certificates of analysis, and the ability to enforce quality control individual buyers can't.
Over time, we also serve as a permanent repository of COAs, so you're not chasing PDFs from random chats.
And most importantly: it's simply more efficient than the old way. No DM'ing every seller, no waiting for secret catalogs, no negotiating in the dark, no sending money with zero guarantees. Peptaura collapses all of that into a single, protected, transparent workflow.
What are the risks for buying compounds, and how does Peptaura mitigate them?
The core risks are non-shipment, slow fulfillment, unclear pricing, weak documentation, and products that do not match expectations. Peptaura reduces those risks by keeping seller activity public, preserving COAs, separating supplier records, and giving buyers one protected workflow instead of scattered private messages.
Where should I test my products?
You should use an independent third-party lab that can verify identity and purity for the exact compound, batch, and form you received. Peptaura can organize COAs, but it does not replace independent testing.
Do suppliers ship worldwide?
Supplier shipping options vary. Check the supplier, product, and cart route before ordering, because free-shipping thresholds and availability can differ by supplier.
Why do some products show as unavailable?
Availability follows the seller's current listing state. A product can remain in the catalog while one dosage, form, or supplier offer is temporarily paused.
Can I verify a COA?
Use the Verify page to check a public reference code against Peptaura's embedded COA registry, then open the supplier page for the matching certificate row.
Can I contact suppliers directly?
Peptaura is designed to reduce blind direct messaging. Supplier pages expose reviews, prices, COAs, and active product lines so you can compare before entering a checkout flow.
